Menu Plan Monday

This is something that I have been doing pretty successfully since the beginning of the year. I realized I enjoy looking at other people's weekly menus for ideas, so I am going to try to be posting mine as well :) I will also be linking up with Menu Plan Monday on I'm an Organizing Junkie!

This is what I start the week with, some weeks I switch around the days depending on schedule changes :)

*disclaimer: don't judge me for lack of healthiness/vegetables/organic/originality/blah blah blah! I do what I can, the best I can do it :)

Monday: French Dip Sandwiches/Mashed Potatoes/Grilled Asparagus

Tuesday: Breakfast for Dinner/Blueberry Pancakes/Sausage Links/Sliced Apples

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes/Macaroni and Cheese

Thursday: Creamy Black Bean Salsa Chicken/Spanish Rice

Friday: Left-Over Buffet

Saturday: Eating out/Out of town guests :)

Sunday: Cheeseburgers on the grill/Grilled Corn on the Cob/Tator Tots

XOXO,

Throw some steamed shrimp in the mix. I know I live on the coast where seafood is plentiful.... but it is one of the easiest and most delicious meals... on a salad, by itself, in a pasta, surf and turf etc...... I buy 2 or 3 pounds of shrimp ( the bigger the shrimp the better )... we can get 3 to 4 meals out of it.

How do you do your asparagus? I soak mine in lemon and olive oil and then throw it on the grill MMMMMMMMM :) One of my favorite veggies!!

We are grilling pork chops tonight. I marinate them in ginger and fresh oranges.... sooo yummy!!

I am all about cooking with fresh... not a a fan of processed foods... and neither is my belly!! The older I get the harder it is to digest processed foods.
