100th Post!!

Finally!! I have finally reached my 100th blog post! As promised there is going to be a giveaway!

Here is the problem with this whole "giveaway" notion. I posted my 99th post two weeks ago, the reason it has taken two weeks to get to 100? Finding something to giveaway is freaking hard!! It is virtually impossible to pick an item that will appeal to everyone. Even though I only have a few loyal commenter's, people see/hear giveaway and the lurkers come out. Which is totally fine, that's the whole point of doing this. However, I finally had to except the fact that I can't make everyone happy with the item being given away. I refuse to do a gift certificate since that is SO boring!! Probably the most realistic, but still boring.

Also, I was looking at other sites that do giveaways, and they giveaway some amazing sh**!! Aren't we in a recession? Let's note that I don't have advertisers on my blog which means, I am not getting paid, which therefore means, there will be nothing extravagant as a giveaway!

Soooooo....here it is!

Miller Time Uncensored's first giveaway comes straight to you from Baggu! With Green being the new black, I thought it was perfect. I know I have made the change from plastic/paper bags to re-usable bags. Every little bit helps :) I can't believe I didn't do this long ago! These bags hold SO MUCH MORE than plastic sacks and the baggers are forced to fill them as opposed to placing one or two items per bag when they are filling plastic bags!!

Whomever wins the giveaway will be able to choose ANY three of the basic baggu bags!! There are SO many cute patterns to choose from!!

So! You can get your name in the drawing up to three times! You can do this by....
1. Leaving a comment and telling my what your ideal (realistic) giveaway item would be!
2. Add Miller Time Uncensored to your blogroll. Be sure to leave another comment with the link to your blog!
3. Update your status on Facebook/Twitter/Myspace by linking http://www.millertime0016.blogspot.com/ Again, don't forget to leave a comment with the link so we can see :)
The contest will end at 11:59pm CST on Tuesday, August 25 2009!
Happy Giveaways!!
XOXO,

Super cute idea for the giveaway! I was kinda hoping it was going to be a big Leila style bow...but we all know I think I am the only one that would enjoy that! :o)
(I guess my idea for the gift card is out the window!) ;o)
YAY for 100 posts!

I knew you wouldn't do anything boring like a gift card to somewhere anywhere (which I too would have pick) but those bags are freakin cute!!
So here's to you Karissa and your 100th post!!

Congrats on your 100th post! I love your blog, and even though we are friends-of-friends I feel like I know you because of it! Love that!!!

Well, I'll go add you to my blogroll right now! Also, since I'm a reader, I always like books as giveaways. However, I love the bag idea!

Hey girly! You could have given away any of the 50,000 things that you found in your basement! :) But those cute "green" bags are an adorable idea. I'd say my ideal giveaway idea would be something cute for the baby that I may not be able to jusitfy in the day to day budget. Miss you!

You are already in my blogroll. Does that count? :) www.loganandsarahmckenna.blogspot.com

@Katie, I would LOVE a gift certificate myself :) That would probably be my favorite gift on a giveaway!

I forgot to add that you guys are automatically entered if I'm already on your blogroll :)

XOXO

What a great idea!! I love the bags...but I may have to wait until post #200 because I don't know what a 'blogroll' is...it's okay though, I'll catch on someday!

I like the charity donation idea for the prize. But the bags are great...I have to figure out what a blogroll is....

I so love reading your blogs and T on T. I always smile! Let me know if I win and which bag you want. Even though a great prize would of been a dinner/lunch on you with the winner when they where in town next. Good way to make people come visit!

I would like a new freaking computer as a giveaway. Mine is on my VERY LAST NERVE RIGHT NOW! Does that count as within reason? LOVE YOU!

I don't have a blogroll, but I have you on the side of my blog, does that count?

You are sooooooo creative.I think the perfect gift would have been Partylite candles, of course, but seriously my first thought came from the fruegel side of me-something from that grand garage sale but the bags are the cutest thing EVER! Doesn't Donna know she could have asked for Josh to jump out of the bag???? Reach for the stars, Donna! Congrats Karissa on your 100th blog. I love it!

I LOVE the bag idea! You're sooo creative! You know, you could have killed two birds with one stone, though, and given away one of the many BRAND NEW things from your garage!! Congrats on your 100th post!

I desperately need a new DVD player, I would have taken that as your prize, and it would have been funny seeing as how it was from your garage, but new! HA!
