I suppose you can't argue with losing 17 pounds, but it still sounds insane to me! My sister told me about her friend's mom who was doing this but with shots and we all thought it was the weirdest thing we'd ever heard of. Now I actually know someone doing a version of it. Crazy! Enjoy those 1500-2000 calories. That is great!! I would love to drop 17lb...WOW!!!! That is great!! I would love to drop 17lbs. Weight has always been an issue for me. I can work out all the time and eat healthy.... I swear the only way for me to drop some pounds is to NOT EAT.... and yes I know that is not healthy. I sometimes feel like we females are programmed to store FAT! UGGGG!!! I heard this morning on Good Morning America that a women has to work out at least an hour every day just to maintain her weight!! HELLO.... I miss the younger years where I could workout an hour and drop 5 lbs. ....I swear... if I miss a day at the gym I gain 5 lbs.
